I just got the Arte Publico 2006 Catalog in the mail. I think other have received this already and I don't know if we received it late.

I'm still in mourning over the death of Arturo Islas, even though that was over a decade ago. I'll just never get over there being no more novels like The Rain God.
I'm assuming you saw the link dedicated to him. Fedrick Aldama has put out a series of book on Islas including Islas' uncollected works and biography. I have the link to my review of "Dances with Ghosts" on some archived blogs on this blog.
