Tonight, Dec. 4, 6pm. Concert honoring the Mexican writer "Carlos Monsivais". The Consulate General of Mexico invites the general public to the concert honoring the Mexican writer "Carlos Monsivais". The event includes a semblance performed by Elena Poniatowska, in which she portrays from the perspective of having intimate knowledge of the writer’s work, and as the character Carlos Monsivais was in life. The evening will conclude with a flute concert played by Horacio Franco, in honor of the late writer.
